General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If there are no other localizing signs like respiratory complaints, no rash, no urinary complaints and no gastro-intestinal complaints then its very much likely that the fever is non specific viral infection.
There is no cause for concern, continue giving antipyretics.
