Suggest Treatment For High Fever

My 13 mo old
My son is 13 months and he has had a fever since 430 this morning. I've given him kroger brand fever reducer and it has made it go down but it keeps going back up to 102/103 he won't really drink any fluids so his diapers have remained Dry. What should I do.

tHERE IS INCREASED FLUID REQUIREMENT DURING FEVER, if there is decreased intake of fluids : it will lead to reduced urine output.
Try giving him fluids in any form and also maintain nutrition, if the intake is poor would suggest you to consult Pediatrician for further management.
