Suggest Treatment For High Level Of Anxiety With Dry Mouth
Hi, recently i suffered from high levels of anxiety and this [i think] caused a dry mouth and white tongue. Also, i have recently discovered small red spots on my forearm that seem to get worse during heat/sun. I have been diagnosed with high levels of anxiety before, and was given xanax roughly 3 months ago. Does this sound like stress/anxiety related symptoms?? Thanks
I went through your details. Anxiety related dry mouth, coated tongue and skin eruptions are quite common and you should not worry much if you know that you have anxiety and if you are taking medicines for anxiety.
You should learn to manage your anxiety and stress. Management is better cure. In my opinion you should consult a psychologist for management techniques such as psychotherapy and breathing meditations.
