I am a diabetic. I have acceptable control I think thru the day but not at morning sugar. As I wake up my sugar is always higher in the mornings, in the range between 126 to 156.
I take Amaryl 3 in the morning, with Glucophage 850, and a good breakfast, of two eggs and little brwon bread .
At bed time I take 1.5 Amaryl and 850 Glucophage.
I am on good diet for diabetic. I have early dinners, say by 6:30 p.m and I walk daily for one hour.
At bed time I take some unsweetend yougurt and little pea nut. butter.
What do you recommend for the morning high sugare please ?
