Suggest Treatment For High Temperature In A Baby

hi my 11 months baby got high temperatue 39.2 doctor said she got viral infection and told me give to her calpo but her temperature still not go down. she is on breastfeeding and solid food. she s good eating and drinking. wet nappies also ok. could you pleases give me advise how to down her temperature

Paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight every 4-6 hourly depending on the fever.
Frequent tepid sponging.
Keep the patient in cool atmosphere.
Plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Consult pediatrician to arrive at a proper diagnosis and treatment.
