Suggest Treatment For Hoarseness In Voice
I HAVE AN HOARSE VOICE FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS. DIFFERENT DOCTORS HAVE PRESCRIBED DIFFERENT MEDICINE. THE LATEST I AM HAVING IS ALASPAN AM - 2 TAB A DAY AND NEXPRO 40 - 2 TABLET A DAY. THE DOCTOR HAS DIAGNOSED HIGH DNS (tt) Rt, C SPUR, CH RHINO DIMISITIS, GLAMULAR PHARANGITIS , CH LENYNGITIS C , ACUTE EXACERBATION. I AM ON THIS DOSE FO THE LAST 7 DAYS . MY EARLIER DOCTOR GAVE ME RELENT . BUT THER HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN MY VOICE. I AM NOT A LECTURER OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO A JBOB OF SPEAKING CONTINUOSLY. DAY BY DAY I AM GETTING NOW NERVOUS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM . IS THER ANY SOLUTION IN CITE OR DO I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS FO RTHE REST OF MY LIFE. I AM 52 YRS OLD AND TYPE II DIABETIC. MY DIABETES IS VERY MUCH UNDER CONTROL. MY BP IS NORMAL MOSTLY 120/80 OR 130/80 . ANY ADVICE I CAN RECEIVE TO OVERCOME THIS WILL BE HELPFUL. THE

Voice change requres thorugh investigation. However you need to give more detailed history like do you have smoking habits or not? what was and is your profession? where are you living and so many.
You also need a physical examination, voice analysis by speech pathologist, psycosocial analysis by a psychiatrician. Please feel free to come onboard to have live av consultation on this plateform.
