Suggest Treatment For Hydroureteronephrosis

I was suffering from severe pain on the right hip and throughout the right leg,there is no redness or scar on the hip,,these pain lasts for 10 days,I have taken an MRI scan and the right hydroureteronephrosis has been noted.I had a burning pain.Is there any treatment for this?what kind of treatments are available?Please answer for my question.

Hi,

Hydroureteronephrosis may be related to UTI and generally settles once UTI is corrected.

You can go for a urine culture and start antibiotics accordingly.
