Suggest Treatment For Hyper Active Child With Aggressive Behavior

Sir, My Name is Dattatreyulu. I Have son who is 9 years old and is studing in 4th Standard. Our Problem is, he is hyper active. Cannot sit at one place for more than 2 minutes. He is creating problems in the school. Sometimes he snatches snacks from the other kids, Sometimes he beats other kids for fun. Now, he has started to tell lies to avoid punishment from teachers and also from us. Now the problem is increasing. Please kindly advice the required care and actions to be taken now to bring the situation under control.
