Suggest Treatment For Hyperechoic Endometrium

I am a 43 yr old mother of 3 who had a uterine ablation 7yrs ago,3 yrs after my last child due to heavy periods. Haven t menstruated since and no spotting. Ever. Until 6 months ago! My doc got me in right away for a vaginal ultra sound which came back within normal limits. My doc then suggested I take a low dose birth control pill as my hormone levels were off. Yeast, Urine, BV infections have been plaguing me for the last 6 mos. at my last visit a month ago my doc mentioned potentially having a uterine infection and based on my symptoms a month ago constant cramping, lower back pain, and exhaustion my doc scheduled another vagina ultrasound. Today I am told I have hyperechoic endometrium measuring 6cm and the thickness is 18. Should I get s second opinion. My dads mom died from ovarian cancer. and both my mother and siste have had hysterectomies young due to endometriosis. Thank you in advance for your opinion.
