Hello,
You need to double do dose of the drug that you are taking.
I would also suggest to reduce the salt intake in your diet. Avoid salty foods, and do not take any table salt with your meals.
Also exercise regularly
Hope this helps

Hello
Welcome here.

Brief: stamlo 2.5mg is enough.

Details: 140/100 BP is borderline hypertension. Stamlo 2.5mg is sufficient for this BP. But I think some lifestyle modifications can eliminate the requirement of drug in your case:
Reduce salt intake to minimum.
Go for a regular morning walk. The walk should be for 30mins atleast and a brisk one.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This keep your mind relaxed.
Take a good night sleep of 6-8hours.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
