My Son is suffering from Hypospedias, and has under gone with surgery (Stage - 1; Cordial Correction). My Son is of 2 Years 3 Months. This surgery was done on 26th May 2010, but till date he is not able to pass urine easily. Many times dilation is required for urine. And he also feels lot of pain & inflation during the urine process. Further doctor has advised to go for small surgery, in which he will make the hole more broad so that urine can pass easily. Doctor is telling that he dont want to do this as his tissues are not strong enough to handle another surgery but there is no other way, as excessive dialation (with diallator size 1/2 & 3/4) is also not good. Please advise what to do.
