HI
YOUR REPORT OF 5.25 DURING PREGNANCY SUGGESTS MILD HYPOTHYROIDISM.EVEN MILD HYPOTHYROIDISM IN PREGNANCY NEEDS TO BE TREATED WITH THYROXINE TO ENSURE NORMAL FETAL GROWTH.
NOW SINCE YOU HAVE ALREADY DELIVERED AND TSH IS 0.06 ,I WILL RECOMMEND TO STOP THYROXINE.YOU NEED TO MONITOR TSH EVERY 6 MONTHLY AND THYROXINE CAN BE RESTARTED IF TSH LEVEL GOES ABOVE NORMAL RANGE.ALSO I RECOMMEND MY PATIENTS TO DO ANTI TPO ANTIBODY TEST TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF HYPOTHYROIDISM.
HOPE I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUERRIES
THANKS
