Endocrinologist 's  Response
Brief answer : Yes you should increase the dose

Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Once you are started on thyronorm our aim is to bring down your TSH below 3. So you should increase the thyroxine dose. The TSH has increased not because the medication is not working but your hypothyroidism is progresed.

Dont worry, this treatment is free or side effects

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
With warm regards,
Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM)
