HI, i am 19. i tried everything but still skiny since chilhood nothing works for me i tried everything.even though i eat a lot i don't gain weight.consulted doctors no problem as such.more over i recently got up from typhoid i wanna gain weight and build up my body as early as possible.wat should i do?
Hello and thank you for your question. You must exercise and increase the number of calories you eat each day. Exercise such as weight lifting can help you build up muscle mass. In addition to increasing the calories you eat each day make sure you are eating enough protein such as meat or if you do not eat meat then beans or nuts. Take a multivitamin daily and extra B vitamins which can boost your appetite Good luck
