Suggest Treatment For Incontinence Connection Problem

I have just had a partial mastectomy and have been given dilaudid for pain. I find I am frequently incontinent and wonder if it is the medication. I also strained a groin muscle just before my surgery and have a lot of pain and stiffness from this, so wonder about the incontinence connection there.
