Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These symptoms could be due to urinary tract infection. You have not provided enough information, the given symptoms of incontinence of urine could be due to prostate gland enlargement if this is the male patient, and it could be due to UTI in case of female with gynaecological issue.

It could be stone condition, such symptoms need number of tests like imaging studies (X-Ray abdomen, and ultrasonography), urine test. Meanwhile you can try urine alkalizer like Disodoium Hydrogen Citrate liquid orally.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
