Suggest Treatment For Indentation On The Right Arm

After a recent surgery and car accident, occurring two days apart, I have noticed an indention on my your right arm. No pain, discomfort, sensitivity. it is slightly reddish in color and feels as if some of the muscle under the skin is indented as well. Just curious if I should concerned about it. I feel like it has either become darker, more noticeable or maybe it s getting larger. My husband doesn t think it s getting larger, but he said it has become more noticeable.
