Suggest Treatment For Indentation Under The Right Chest
My one year old has an indentation under her right chest. The ribs there curve in, but are there. It doesn t appear to bother her, but she was recently diagnosed with a mild heart murmur. We will see a specialist to make sure it is innocent but are worried and looking for some reassurance until we go in

It is very difficult to say what it is until a detailed examination is carried. If the indentation is present since the birth then it might be functional. Other congenital anamolies needs to be ruled out.
