Suggest Treatment For Inflammation After Brazilian Wax

Hi, I just recently had a brazilian wax done: I have done it before with minimal side effects. I'm just concerned now because it is more red and inflammed than usual. Also there seems to be an area on the inside of the labia lip (labia minora I think??) That looks a bit shiny as if a layer of skin was taken off (it isn't bleeding)...I've been keep it clean with baby wipes and not using soap because it stings. I have also been applying neosporin 3X daily. Is there anything else I should be doing?
