Suggest Treatment For Internal And External Hemorrhoids

I am suffering from a flare up of multiple internal and external hemmroids I have had since the birth of my son. I am completely dibilitated and I have been soaking in sitz baths with Epsom salts and I have been using preperation h but to no avail. My diet is overall healthy, I drink plenty of water, eat lots of fruits and salads. I need relief, it s been three days of torture and these being pre existing hemmroids I cannot remember ever having them react so badly ever. I m desperate please advise me on a treatment, as I am too uncomfortable to even leave my room much less male a journey to the doctors office.
