Suggest Treatment For Interstitial Cystitis With Frequent Bowel Movement

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and I have interstitial cystitis. I'm not too sure if I ate something but I'm having the erge to go to the bathroom and it feels irritated down there. It's been about a week now and I've notice that I also have thick neon yellow discharge. I don't konw if I may have BV. It doesn't hurt when I use the bathroom. Please help
