Suggest Treatment For Intestinal Worm

I have intestinal worm, I think its small and white, i feel them somtimes during the day but mostly at nights but iI took a bottle of zentel coupel months ago and shortly after i feel my nose itching and anus again and recently i saw a tiny white worm again. what it is? Do I need to take more than one soage ta a time or i should take the tablet instead of the liquid?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the confirmed case of pin worm infection (Enterobious vermicularis) so it can be best managed with Mebendazole 100 mg once in a week for three weeks and if this is not the confirmed case of infestation then it is useless to take the medicine.
If you do have some symptoms that creates the doubt for worm infestation, actually it has to be seen for other condition also, like allergic condition, nonspecific symptoms and others.
I would suggest to get done the stool examination.
