Suggest Treatment For Irregular Bleeding, Bloating And Headache
hi I am a 27 year old female, I have been having problems for about 12 or 13 years with my monthly cycle. I have been to many doctors and each one have been telling me different things to what could be wrong. UP until this year I have been having an irregular cycle it would come on for 6 months and then it would skip 6 months. I have heard everything from pcos to not ovulating at all. even though I didn t have my cycle every month I still had the symptoms bloating, cramps, feeling sick, gas and sometimes headaches. The cramps that I have does not feel like regular cramps they feel more like contraction when having a baby; the bloating is so bad that I literally cannot eat anything until it goes away........is there anything that anyone can tell me that might be some help to me because this is really not a good feeling
The symptoms are suggestive of typical perimenstrual symptoms. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like mefenemic acid to control pain and cramps.
Generally the symptoms will subside by two cycles and if persists, you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
