Suggest Treatment For Irregular Bowel Movement Of A 3 Month Baby

My 3 month old baby is not having regular motions.

He seems to get motions only once in 8-10 days. He has passed motion only thrice in the last month.

My pediatric ignored the problem initially. Now he has recommended blood test and thyroid test.

Pls.advice

It may be due to congenital hypothyroidism,cerebral palsy or structural abnormality of the anorectal region like hirchsprungs disease.
