Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Bleeding After Hormone Therapy

I have hormone problem such as my period delay for months i were suggested by my doctor to take hormone pill after that my period normal for almost 6 years and now my period delaying back i only gets it 2 months once,past 3 weeks i saw blood stain on my panties till now m still can see a little blood on my panties,what should i do

I understood your concern and My opinion is that you should do regular exercise for half an hour and try to reduce at least 3-4 kg weight that will defiantely help in regularising your periods.
you can take hormonal treatments also for next 3 months like T Novalon ,No harm in taking that
I would advise to do following blood test also
S LH
S TSH
S PROLACTIN
Pelvic Ultrasonography
If any abnoramality found in this than we have to treat it
