Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

My period is usually irregular, it is now 10 days late and today i got some light brown discharge. i have been having light cramps for about 3 days now and been feeling bloated for a week or so but no nausea or soreness of breasts. i recently started going to the gym and excercising. I am a virgin but during my last period and about a week after, i was with my boyfriend, there was no penetration but there was pre ejaculation fluid and sperm near the entrance. is there a chance i could be pregnant?

Hello,

You were with your partner but there was no penetrative sex, however there was pre ejaculation fluid and sperms at the entrance of the vagina. Risk of getting pregnant is low but not impossible. You should wait for your periods to come. If it comes as before, you are not pregnant.

In case there is delay in periods or only spotting then you should get a per vaginal check up done by a gynecologist to detect bulky uterus. You should get pregnancy test done with the first morning mid stream urine. If pregnant you will be accordingly treated.

If not, you may have to get few tests done to rule out hormonal imbalance, PID, thyroid dysfunction, anemia, poor general health condition, etc. Thereafter, you will be given conservative treatment.
