Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

For the last 3 months I ve had irregular periods. It s been brown, with some white, spongy, jelly like blood clots. It only lasts a couple of days, light. I ve been on birth control pills for almost a year now. My normal period is very heavy, and 5 days long. I took a few pregnancy tests and they told me I wasn t pregnant.

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

You have to take an ultrasound scan to rule out conditions like PCOS, which can cause similar symptoms.
