Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Low Menstrual Flow

I had never a problem of irregular periods,my last periods was on aug 8 2014 after which i came to saudi.got my periods on sep18th which lasted for only 3days and very light bleeding.again on oct 6th bleeding started,first 3 days very less bleeding then from the 4th day onwards,bleeding till 7th day a bit heavy as in the 1st three days.then frm 8th day bleeding was very less,9th day stopped completely,10th day i exercised and again bleeding started i.e. Very less spotting.i took dicynone and it stopped.checked for pregnancy through blood test.negative result.
