Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hi doctor, my name is Fathema I am 24 years old. I come from Bangladesh last 2013 December .now one on a haf years my period problems,but before my period regular every month. This time 3/4 month stop and when come 1/2 month continue raning. Fast week little bit,after to heavy, and last time little bit. Please give any medicine my period problems finish. I trying to baby but my problems is no regular period. I go to nhs but no help my condishon please help me.
