Hallow Dear,
I have gone through your history and have understood your issues. Indeed, I empathize your situation.
It seems, since your marriage you are under quite a
stress - stress of marriage against will and then abortion of a wanted
pregnancy - all under force. Such stress can cause irregularities in
menstruation.
Moreover, you are not sure whether your abortion was performed by a qualified doctor or not. After the abortion, you were bleeding for two months. Such bleeding could be due to
incomplete abortion and/or infection. Infection would have caused foul smelling discharge also. I would advise you to get this diagnosis confirmed by a Gynaecologist. Accordingly you may have to take antibiotics and/or undergo curetting.
If neither of these conditions exist, your bleeding could have been due to stress also. Or it could have been because of the non-contraction of the
uterus.
After prolonged period of continuous bleeding, sometimes there is reactionary delay in menses. You have got menses after taking
hormonal pills for 5 days. It is a good sign.
If you are not keen in having pregnancy now, I would not suggest you to take
Fertyl tablets. These tablets are given to release egg and cause pregnancy in women who find difficult to conceive because the eggs are not getting released. Instead, if you take birth control pills cyclically from second day of the menses, it will serve both the purposes - it will regularize your menses as well as will protect you from the pregnancy. Moreover Fertyl tablets are not advised for more than 3-6 months.
I hope this resolves your dilemma.
