Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hi, in the past 4/5 months my periods have become very irregular. Prior to this i have always had a very regular cycle. Im also experiencing slight stomach cramps which come on and off as they wish throughout the month. Also i had never suffered from intigestion before but belive that since everything else has started i am now suffering from pains in my chest which is extremely uncomfortable. could you please give me some ideas on why this has just started.
