hello sir ,
i am 30y ,having pcod ,irregular periods,wants to conceieve for this my gynic prefered siphene50(d3) for 5 days,herNMP (d20)for 10 days ,femilon 21 days with hyponidd daily for 2 months.sir plz suggest some tips to diet,and home medicines.plz tell will above medicines are no side effects and after conceiving it will regularise my menses?
