Sir I have irregular periods frm age 18 nw I m 22 running some times it ll bee regular like 3 months after words it ll be irregular lik sometimes it ll be fr 15 days usually it ll be earlier thy mnth it has been delayed 13 days I took cycloset syrup fr somm days I left is I can continue nw

Hallow Dear,

It is not clear when did you start having your menses and were they regular till the age of 18.

Around this age, Thyroid dysfunction is very common; hence get your blood examined for Thyroid function test. Based on the reports, you may require supplementation. Thyroid dysfunction is known to cause menstrual abnormalities.

You may have reproductory hormonal imbalance. Cyclical use of birth control pills will regularize your menses. If still they remain irregular, you will have to get investigated further.

Please report to your Gynaecologist.
