In
diarrhea total food restriction is not recommended.
You can take semisolid diet for 2 to 3 days until symptom recover.
Fruit juices taken more.Maintain your hydration with more water.
Green leafy vegetables are helpful.Take filtered or warm water.
With resolving diarrhea , follow some of the instruction that is also helpful in
irritable bowel syndrome.
Avoid gas forming food like cabbage, cauliflower,broccoli etc.
Avoid taking
stress.
Avoid alcohol and if habit of
smoking stop it.
Probiotics taken for short term.
If you still not improving then antibiotic needed along with stool examination and
ultrasound examination as further workup.
