Suggest Treatment For Issues With Working Memory And Multitasking

Hello. I am 21 year old male who has Asperger's Syndrome. I am now heading into my senior year of college studying biology. I have been off all medication since turning 18 and am now living on my own I have severe issues with a working memory and multi tasking and want to look on getting medication, probably Adderoll, I used to take it and I rarely drink and think it would work out well again. I had an appointment with an former doctor of mine however he had to cancel and it has been rescheduled for late July. I start summer classes in a week and think it would be most beneficial to start some kind of medication as soon as possible. What options are there for me to get a prescription if any without having to wait a period of time to meet with a doctor. I have called a couple others and they are booking intakes in August.
