Suggest Treatment For Itchiness In The Hips And Constipation

I have not changed my diet or eating habits, however, I am retaining water and constipated. I also seem to be gaining inches around my hips. The only change that I have made in my exercise, diet, and vitamin/supplement routine is to change from glucosamine to osteo bi-flex. Could that be the culprit?

Hello
I appreciate your concern
Osteo bi flex may cause slowing of intestinal motility and constipation so you need not to worry
I would advise you to to follow these lifestyle modifications if it doesn't subside with that will take a call for it( Osteo bi flex which is just a nutritional supplements)

You should take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fiber supplements
Have plenty of fluids 3 to 5 liters a day depending upon climatic conditions
You should exercise daily as comfortably you can do
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food.
Avoid stress and anxiety, remain cheerful

Hope this helps you if it doesn't than I would advise to discontinue Osteo bi flex.

Best regards
