Suggest Treatment For Itching On The Upper Arm, Neck And Face

I eliminated dairy - all milk products- from my diet over a year ago. To resolved symptoms in my gut and bowls. I even avoid bread made with milk products. Yesterday and today I ate some bread with whey in it. Now my neck, face, and upper arms itch. Like they did before I eliminated milk and it s dirivatives from my diet. Why does whey make my skin itch?
