Suggest Treatment For Itchy Circular Red Spots On My Right Arm

yesterday i noticed a few red spots on my right arm that are circular and they itch like crazy well i woke up today and its on my left arm and hand and on my legs by my but and this itches like crazy and i havent eaten anything new or been anywhere different i am not prone to allergies i am 34 and i noticed as ive gotten older lots of stuff is starting to irritate my skin and i have developed allergies to pollen i dont have a clue as to what this came from

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
I suggest to use a steroid cream for local application such as Betametasone cream.
I also suggest to use antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching.
