Hi,

Jaundice in preterm babies are very common and it is called physiological jaundice. Which start settling after 3rd day of life. 3 times vomiting doesn't sound serious. Try to decrease the amount of milk and increase the number of feeds. Means less milk and give more often. Make sure after each feed baby burp. Wishing a healthy life to your baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Zeeshan Sajjad
