Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain With Positive Widal Test

Hi, I am 29, 5feet 1 inch,with 51 kgs of weight. 21st june 2011, joint pain started in with my right knee. Slowly it spread to the entire body with mild fever. I had Widal test and Urine culture done. Widal came positive with the reading of O 1:40 and H 1:320. I had all the antibiotics like (Taxim Of, Chloromycetin and One more antibiotic was injected for 5 days for UTI as was detected with it as well). But till today 08-Aug-2011 if I exert a bit, the pain starts from the knees and moves till the back. Can anyone suggest what should I do? Please respond asap as I am suffering a lot :( and since long.
