Suggest Treatment For Joint Stiffness In Knees

hi, I was diagonised with juvenile rheumatoid arthiritis as a kid and started taking penidure 12 for almost 3 years. It was all normal after that. After some years again those pain in joints(majorly knees) started, but this time it was not regular just once in a month. And now from past 2-3 weeks everyday I am getting morning stiffness in muscles sometime symetrical joint pain(mostly knees).i even did my RA factor tests, it was negative. What should I do?

Hi
Thanks for posting
The juvenile rheumatoid arthiritis is a clinical diagnosis that is based on sign and symptoms. RA factor may be negative in patient with rheumatoid arthritis. You may have to take anti rheumatic drugs like methotrexate under rheumatologist guidance beside pain killer like Ibuprofen.
Hope this helps
Take care
