Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain While Having Elevated ESR Level In Blood

Respected Doctor, I am ill for 3 month, I have unbelievable joints pain in all body with high temperature, pain is as bones have broken! higher the pain, higher the temperature. doctors have given me too much antibiotics and pain killers, now situation is that no pain killer tablet works! my Blood ESR level is 65! All other tests which are normal are: CBC, RA Factor, Malaria, Typhoid, ANA Profile, Anti CCP, Blood sugur fasting, etc. but i m in a worst condition!!!!! I went to 8-9 doctors! No one can diagnose the problem. Kindly suggest what to do! I shall remain thankful to you for this act of kindness. Regards Ayesha

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from fever from 3months .You have been investigated for malaria, typhoid, rheumatoid arthritis etc. All test being normal.Now you should investigate yourself for tuberculosis which is important cause of fever. you should also got investigated for viral hepatitis,AIDS and viral fever to know the cause.Also malaria and typhoid test should be repeated, because tests came negative in initial stages. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
