Suggest Treatment For Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

16 yr old diagnosed in June with JIA. Currently on Humira .08ml injection weekly,prednisone 5mg 2 tabs sid,elavil 1 tab sid.Has had vertigo for at least a week with sensation of eyes rolling back of head and dizzy.CT scan and bloodwork normal,BP normal. Dr thought dehydrated due to meds,etc. Working on keeping hydrated but still very unstable. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

it does not seems to be related to JIA, it may be a separate entity. see a neurologist as soon as possible.
