Suggest Treatment For Kidney Damage In Type 1 Diabetic

Hi,m 33 yrs old woman, since 20 years m suffering from type 1 diabetes. my weight is 40kg, height 5.3 1.In 1997 due to nerves problem i was feeling burning sensation, as per dr s prescription I took Carbatol 200mg tablet. 2. In 2004 blood clotted in my right eye Dr.Guruprasad Joshi, Karnataka( India ) operated me and cleared it, 3.I gone under laser treatment in 2007 by the same doctor. 4.In 2006 I come to know my both the kidneys got damaged, and the creatinine level was 2.8 Now it is 5.06 5. In 2009 again there was bleeding in my right eye, Dr. Guruprasad treated me and stopped it by injection. 6. Below is my recent report : Serum total protein 7.49 Albumin 4.6 Cholesterol total 184.0 CAlcium 8.1 Blood Sugar(fasting ) 154.00 Urine Sugar (fasting) nil Blood Urea 145.5 BUN 67.95 Creatinine 5.06 Uric Acid 4.71 Sodium(NA+) 143.0 Potassium(K+) 4.1 Chloride 110.9 7. M under medicine as below 1. Nefrosave 1-0-1 after food 2. Revlamer 800 0-1-1 with food 3. Amlong 1-0-0 after food 4. Becosules-z 1-0-1 after food 5. Insulin- 30/70 15-0-20 units(bfr fd) auctrofid 0-10-0 units (bfr fd) 6. Hemoglobin injection 4000mg once in every 15days. M feeling my health condition is becoming critical day by day, So kindly suggest me how to recover my kidney function and how to control diabetec.My mail id is

I feel you need a tighter sugar control. I think you will benefit better with a basal bolus regimen or you can opt for an insulin pump. We need to first control the sugar fluctuations. Please discuss with your diabetologist regarding CSII / insulin pump. Feel free to contact for any other queries.
