Suggest Treatment For Klebsiella Pneumoniae Urinary Tract Infection

i have klebsiella pneumonaie bacterial uti infection,with urinary stoma on stomach.right now i ametting menepenem,and some doctorsay stay on it andone saids levequin will treat it,but oral antibiotics do not work as i am resistant to oral pills,one dr.aid levequin will work,but it never has,what do you think,every 4 weeks i have been back in hosp, receiving iv menepenem,why am i getting theseti's every 3 to 4 weeksendingup admitted to hosp.my cathing is very good and sterille as i have been told,should i stay on menepenem or go on levequin which never works,what would u do,if u have klebsiella pneumonaie bacterial uti infection with urinary stoma,and amathing stoma like 15 times daily because if infection with bad back and stomach pains
