Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain After Medial Meniscus Surgery

I had medial meniscus surgery about 5 years ago, and about 25% of my meniscus was removed. Over the last year the pain in my knee has intensified to where it is constant everyday. The pain now travels down into my calf which is sore to the touch. Once the meniscus has been removed, what other treatments are there to relieve the pain? Are there cadavor ligaments that can be inserted for something like this, or is something short of a knee replacement needed?
