i used play football two times aweek at night for 2 hour each night my knee starting littel pian but i keep playing footbal so my the pian got more. i went x ray and they siad u don y to take an y action what i have to do? i am stiil have the pian thanks abdi

Hello,

As this knee pain can be due to ligament sprain occurred due to weakness or the muscles. But x-ray is good to check the mechanics of the same. Try using knee cap, do exercise for the thigh muscles, use balance board training and do some stretching before the game. You should do well.
