Suggest Treatment For Knee Swelling

I have injured the same knee 2 times in the past couple of months both because I fell in my living room on my right knee. It was getting better but then I bumped into a living room table and fell on the right knee again and it is still hurting and is swollen on the lower right knee cap in a small area.
