Suggest Treatment For Kneeling Problem After ACL Reconstruction

I have had anterier cruciate ligament reconstrction and I can't fully kneel down? How can I resolve my problem. I have been discharged from my specialist and physio, and I am doing well with plenty of leg extensions and hamstring exercises. I just can't seem to fully bring my leg into my hamstring. Any advice would be appreciated.
