Hello,

Probably your suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with erosive gastritis. Due to lower esophageal sphincter lax lead to acid in the stomach enter into esophagus lead to esophagitis.

So avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid fatty food. Avoid heavy meal at night, elevate head end during sleep. Sleep two hours after dinner, use a tablet Nexium before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
